Graduation
Opportunity is realized when your project hits its stride.
When Graduation Criteria are met, liquidity is automatically deployed to Uniswap V2 or V4, depending on the configuration when the token was deployed.
Graduation Criteria
Graduation threshold: ETH collected surpasses 8.5 ETH
Token stats after graduation:
Market cap: 40 ETH ($ market cap varies with ETH price)
Liquidity: 8 ETH + 200 M tokens (20% of the total supply)
Graduation Process
The graduation happens automatically with the last purchase that crosses the graduation threshold
Creator receives 0.1 ETH as compensation
Treasury receives 0.4 ETH as graduation fee
Tokens deployed with the Uniswap V2 Graduator have liquidity deployed in a Uniswap V2 pair
Tokens deployed with the Uniswap V4 Graduator have liquidity deployed in Uniswap V4, where it collects LP fees for the creator, and taxes if configured
Trading Post-graduation
Token trades freely on Uniswap V2 or V4
Uniswap LP fee tiers:
Native 0.3% fee tier for tokens graduated on Uniswap V2
1% LP fees for tokens graduated on Uniswap V4
LP Creator Fees Collection
Livo allows collecting LP fees while ensuring the immutability of the liquidity position for tokens deployed on Uniswap V4. Uniswap V4 collects LP fees as follows:
ETH collected on sells (swap tokens -> ETH)
Tokens collected on buys (swap ETH -> tokens)
Livo burns the collected tokens to avoid a conflict of interest between the creators and the community, and only distributes the collected ETH, with the following split:
50% ETH to the token creator
50% ETH to the treasury
